I am fondly known at Dancing Kats
Fitness Studio as "Crazy Caryn". I have been in
the fitness industry as an instructor for over
twenty years
bringing my enthusiasm and energy to every
class. I am certified in YMCA Group Exercise,
Cardio and Step Instruction.
I was recently certified in Zumba Gold because I
feel it is important to continue to move your
body even as we age.
I became a Zumba maniac a year ago when my twin
sister dragged me to a class. I would like to
share the passion I feel about Zumba with each
of you.
Now that I am officially retired from Corporate
America I have Joined The Party Come Dance With
